New arrangement Contra 3

Made a new arrangement! From contra 3. Neo Kobe Steel Factory, the 4rd stage if I can remember correctly. It took some time, but managed to get it done. It went quite difficult, but it's pretty much how the song is :/. I made an easier ossia in one section, which might be the hardest section, which might make it a bit more playable :).
